The West Berkshire Down’s Syndrome Group is a small
parent lead charity which is always looking for donations to
ensure it can continue to provide support to children with
Down’s Syndrome and their families and friends.
We have been very lucky to receive a generous donation
from Crosfields School following their masked ball in 2011.
Shinfield Infant School had a ‘dress down day’ in February
2012 and the proceeds were kindly donated to the charity.
Friends and family are taking part in the Reading Half
Marathon in 2012 and are raising money for the children.
BBC Children in Need kindly awarded a grant to assist
with the financial cost of our Speech and Language Therapy
Service while Wokingham Borough Council Aiming High
currently fund our Drama Groups via their short break
services.
